In Georgia, Louisiana, and South Carolina, the optional Vehicle Protection Plan products, and in Florida the optional Accident Medical Plan and Vehicle Protection Insurance products are underwritten by Certain Underwriters at Lloyds London and are administered through Nation Safe Drivers, Inc., 800 Yamato Rd., Boca Raton, FL 33431. Neither of these companies is an affiliate of Direct.

Jurisdiction/Severability
Use of this web site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee without giving any effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Any dispute concerning this site shall be subject to the exclusive venue of a court of competent jurisdiction in Davidson County, Tennessee.
