How to Make a Glass Claim:
1) Call 1-800-403-1077 to report your claim. Select the glass only option.
2) Have your damage assessed. Comprehensive coverage is generally required for a windshield or glass claim. A claims representative will work with you to review your policy and to determine if you are covered for any repairs. Once coverage is confirmed, NCS will help you determine if the damage can be repaired or if your windshield needs to be replaced.
3) Choose your repair shop. Once you know you're covered, NCS will arrange the repair or replacement of your glass at a shop of your choosing. If you have no preference, NCS can help you locate a shop.
