Direct Auto & Life Insurance customers should feel the love this April as the company launches its third annual Customer Appreciation Month celebration. The promotion, which is meant to honor the insurance provider’s policyholders, will feature over $15,000 in sweepstakes prizes as well as in-store celebrations throughout its 11-state footprint.
In addition, the company will continue its focus on giving back to the communities it serves by taking part in National Volunteer Week (April 11-15). With a goal of 4,000 service hours donated and nearly 1,000 Direct employees expected to participate, the planned service initiatives will benefit several non-profit organizations including Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, Feeding Tampa Bay, Capital Area United Way and Irving Cares.
“To serve our customers in all ways, always—that’s the rule we live and work by at Direct,” said Jack Campbell, Direct’s Chief Operations Officer. “Our customers are the heart of our company, so part of truly serving them is letting them know how much they are valued and appreciated. We hope the sweepstakes, giveaways, celebrations and community service acts we have planned throughout Customer Appreciation Month will help us deliver that message.”
Anyone can enter Direct’s Customer Appreciation Sweepstakes for a chance to win a $500 gift card by visiting www.directappreciatesyou.com or stopping by a local Direct store location between April 1 and April 30. Complete details, including official rules of the sweepstakes can be found at www.directappreciatesyou.com.
Additionally, every Friday in the month of April, each of the company’s 400-plus store locations will host a celebration in honor of its customers. Many of Direct’s local business partners will be on-hand for the celebrations, which will include food and giveaway prizes. The celebrations are free and are open to the public. This year, Direct’s celebration of Customer Appreciation Month is especially poignant as it marks its 25th anniversary as a provider of affordable non-standard auto insurance. Since its founding in 1991, the company has rapidly expanded across the Southeast while touting its low rates and great services, regardless of driving history.
